I’m Andrew Rice, and I’m running as a Democratic Populist for Connecticut’s 3rd District in the U.S. House of Representatives. As a lifelong Nutmegger, I’m standing up to fight for the working class, not for corporate donors or foreign interests. We need to hold our representatives accountable and work to build a better future for everyone.
I believe our most urgent issues include:
Immediate relief for the Affordability Crisis
Ending America’s wars and funding of genocide
Investing in our communities and small businesses
Stopping I.C.E.’s lawless terrorizing of our neighborhoods
Holding our leaders accountable
Building a healthy and sustainable future

I’m not a politician, and my campaign is powered and funded by people, not shady PACs or lobby groups.
I’m running to replace the incumbent candidate, Democrat Rosa DeLauro. I believe we need fresh, younger candidates to reinvigorate the Democratic Party and return it to its roots.
This is not an easy fight.
